Natalie Murphy-West
Natalies career path later led her into casting, and Natalie has now spent over three years working across stage and screen. She has collaborated with some of Ireland’s leading casting teams on a range of high-profile screen projects, including Dead & Buried for BBC One with Casting Director Amy Rowan, and Murder Most Puzzling for Channel 5 with Mary-Ellen O’Hara.
Natalie is also deeply committed to supporting Northern Irish theatre, having cast productions for The MAC and Tinderbox Theatre Company, including Tinderbox’s production of Rhino, winner of Best Play Revival at the UK Theatre Awards 2024.
A passionate advocate for union-led and fair working practices, Natalie previously served for three years on the Northern Ireland Committee for Equity and continues her union involvement as a member of BECTU.
We were proud to support Natalie and the team behind Nostalgie, which was nominated for Best Short Film at the BAFTA Awards. Natalie is credited with Crowd Direction on this exceptional piece, and we are thrilled to see her work recognised on such a prestigious platform.
