Commercial Appointments

Whilst we are very interested in meeting with models, you do not need to be a model to meet with us. We want to meet with real people who best represent Northern Ireland.

We are a talent agency and work on many casting briefs each week for upcoming local commercials. Our books are currently open to meet with brilliant people who are interested in being put forward for these commercials. All the answers to your questions should be below.  FAQs

  • Yes! If we get a commercial brief through that you would be perfect for, then we will contact you to see if you’re available on the shoot dates required.

    If you are available, then we will put you forward to the client as a good option. If you aren’t available, then please don’t worry! We’ll put you forward the next one.

  • Each project is different. Some commercial shoots take a couple of hours and some commercial shoots require 2-3 shoot days.

    We will always tell you how long the shoot will take when we check your availability though.

  • When you come in to meet us, the appointment will last between 10 and 20 minutes. You will come into our office where we will talk you through the process and get you to complete a short form. We will then take a couple of full length photos of you to have on file so that we can present these to the client.

    We will send you an email with all the details once you book your appointment (what to wear, what time to arrive etc).

  • UNTAP is a talent agency based in Belfast. It is owned by Bangor local, Cathy Ievers. Cathy graduated with a degree in law from Queen Mary, University of London. She then went on to work in a leading commercials agency in Dublin, representing clients for modelling, commercial and acting jobs. She then worked for top London talent agency, United Agents, before moving back home to set up UNTAP in January 2024.

    Please note that all kids under 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult.

  • Your appointment is free. The money side of things will be explained to you at your appointment, but we don’t charge for you to be on our books. Instead we charge 20% commission on your fee if you get booked.
