Hailing from the North East of England, Ian trained at LAMDA and worked with directors including Iqbal Khan and Natalie Ibu during his time there.

Ian can currently be seen in docu-drama TITANIC SINKS TONIGHT (working title) in which he plays the role of Scouser, Harold Cottam.

Ian also features on THE HACK, an audio series from BBC Radio Ulster / BBC Sounds.

Prior to that he worked professionally with the Globe Theatre and PBS.
