Lara is an Irish actress with bases in both Dublin and London. She trained at the Gaiety School of Acting.

Lara has an IDCA distinction in unarmed combat and a pass in dagger and rapier.

She can most recently be seen in MEAT which ran at the Samuel Beckett Theatre in Dublin and was directed by Peter Crighton.

Lara is a part of Fia-Bhán Theatre Company who will soon bring their play TATTY BOGLE to the Barnstaple Fringe Festival in June 2025.
