Matthew is a Belfast-based actor with over 15 years of professional experience across theatre, musical theatre, opera and screen. He is a versatile performer with a strong musical theatre background and a wealth of experience across a range of productions.

Recent screen work includes Kill or Be Killed, a BBC green-lit short film for Deadpan, which Matthew has just wrapped opposite Claire Rafferty and Paddy Raff.

His theatre credits include Sweeney Todd, The Threepenny Opera, KISS ME, KATE, TEN PLAGUES and ABOMINATION: A DUP OPERA. He has also performed as part of the Lyric Theatre Belfast’s 70th Anniversary Gala Concert.

Matthew’s work spans established repertoire and contemporary new writing, with experience across musical theatre, opera and straight acting. He brings a strong stage presence, excellent vocal technique and a grounded approach to his performances, making him a versatile actor for both stage and screen.
