Michael Drake

Michael is currently playing the titular role in Geoff O’Keefe’s production of MACBETH at the Mill Theatre in Dublin. He has also just completed an R&D week with Moll Productions on an upcoming Irish musical entitled TIR NA NÒG.

He worked with the esteemed Declan Lawn and Adam Patterson on their thriller, ROGUE AGENT, which has received excellent write-ups. He played the role of Sean O’Hagan opposite James Norton and Gemma Arterton.

Michael recently worked with the National Theatre on their reading of HOUSE ON FIRE by Luke Fields. The play was the winner of the National Theatre New Views competition. 

Michael studied at the prestigious Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Highlights during his time there included playing the role of Boris Trigorin in THE THREE SEAGULLS and playing the role of Toby Brack in HEDDA.
