Niamh Canning
Niamh Canning is an actor based in County Derry. She can be recently seen in the critically acclaimed Netflix show How to Get to Heaven from Belfast.
She studied Drama with Applied Theatre at Northumbria University in Newcastle Upon Tyne, as well as completing one year’s training through The Playhouse Music Theatre Company.
Niamh also has extensive theatre experience and undertook the role of Dorothy, in the Wizard of Oz performed in Y1, (Lapland) directed by Juan Douglas. Niamh also played the role of Mo Hume in ‘HUME: Beyond Belief’, a play commissioned by The Playhouse, (Derry) directed by Kieran Griffiths.
