Susan Davey
On screen Susan held the leading role for the BBC production BETRAYAL OF TRUST and can be seen alongside Colm Meaney in feature film A BELFAST STORY.
In theatre she has worked across Ireland, performing as Mollser for the Abbey Theatre’s one woman show ME MOLLSER, as Katy Doogan in the Lyric’s production of PHILADELPHIA, HERE I COME! directed by Andrew Flynn, and working with director Conall Morrison on BORSTAL BOY in the Gaiety, Dublin and THE PLAYBOY OF THE WESTERN WORLD for the Lyric Theatre. Further credits include a range of work for Replay Theatre Company, HERE COMES THE NIGHT directed by Jimmy Fay for the Lyric and BORDERLINE for Kabosh Theatre.
Most recently, Susan performed in BORDERLINE for Kabosh Theatre, worked as an understudy for the IRISH REP THEATER COMPANY in NYC’s Friel Season, and performed in THE HONEY TRAP as part of the New Works Fall Festival highlighting Northern Irish Voices.
Susan trained at the Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin, The Barrow Group NYC, and with Matt Newton Acting Studio, NYC.
