Tzarini Meyler is an Irish actress based in Tipperary, with extensive experience across stage and screen. She trained at the Gaiety School & the Institute of the Arts Barcelona.

Tzarini has performed in a wide range of productions in Ireland and internationally. Recent screen credits include They Call Me Bridget (Winner of Best Overall Film at the Bloomsday Film Festival), Mermaid of the Sands (premiering in 2025, starring Cedrick Mugisha of Pedro Almodóvar's Pain & Glory), and her debut feature film The Three Chairs, supported by the EDI Bursary from Tipperary Arts Office.

On stage, her credits include KITES (Gilded Balloon, Edinburgh Fringe; VAULT Festival), Dead Air (Project Arts Centre), and Pheromone (C Venues, Edinburgh Fringe). Tzarini is also a voiceover artist and has recently completed narration on a series of short films for children produced by Makematic. The first film, entitled ‘A New Day for Little Bear’, won the audience choice award at Cinemagic International Film Festival.

Tzarini is also a writer-director. She is currently part of Six in the Attic with the Irish Theatre Institute and has previously been a resident artist at Pavilion Theatre. Her latest screenplay, Reborning, was selected for production funding under ENGINE shorts. She is the artistic director of LipZinc Theatre and is currently developing a new play, The Pretty Procedure, supported by a residency with Cork Theatre Collective.

She is drawn to complex, flawed characters and stories that explore real issues with emotional honesty. Passionate about artist-led projects that centre feeling and nuance, Tzarini has a particular love for period drama, character driven indie cinema, text-rich classical theatre. She works confidently across a wide range of accents, including RP.
